1 How long is the warranty?

The warranty is 3 years from the date of purchase. To apply it, you must present the original of the International Guarantee Certificate along with the receipt, receipt or purchase invoice.

2 What is excluded from the guarantee?

1- The life of the battery, in the case of watches.

- The wear and aging of the watch due to normal use (e.g. scratched glass; alteration of the color and/or material on non-metallic straps, such as leather, fabric, rubber; wear of the plating on the metal straps, case...).

3- Any damage to any part of the watch/jewelry resulting from improper use, abuse, lack of of care, negligence or accidents (bumps, dents, broken glass, etc.), incorrect use of the watch/jewelry or failure to follow the instructions for use provided by Viceroy.

4- If the jewelry or watch is manipulated by Services Technicians outside of Viceroy or unauthorized personnel (e.g. for battery replacement, services and repairs) or that have suffered alterations in their original conditions beyond the control of Viceroy.

5- Damage caused due to a fire or other natural disaster.

6- IMPORTANT NOTE: ALWAYS VERIFY THE PERFECT POSITION OF THE CROWN, TO MAINTAIN HERMETISM IT IS NECESSARY TO PERFORM EVERY YEAR A REVIEW AT AN OFFICIAL VICEROY CENTER.
